Azerbaijan's chief banker meets WB Vice

Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) Elman Rustamov has met World Bank`s Vice President for Concessional Finance and Global Partnerships Joachim von Amsberg.

They hailed the World Bank`s cooperation with Azerbaijan, as well as successful results of technical and financial support of WB.

Joachim von Amsberg highlighted the activity of the International Development Association, as well as its projects.

Elman Rustamov said bilateral relations between the Central Bank of Azerbaijan and the World Bank were successfully developing.

They also discussed prospects for development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and WB, as well as Joint Economic Research and Financial Sector Assessment programs.
