
Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers (ACCB) made it to the top 10, out of more than 250 plants in 92 countries as the Best Country Bottling Operation for its accomplishments in the area of quality, sustainability and social responsibility.
Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers (ACCB) was nominated for the President's Sustainability Awards Grand Prize (Best Country Bottling Operation) second year in a row, organized by The Coca-Cola Company Eurasia & Africa Group. ACCB was selected as one of the top 10 nationwide performing plants from among 250 plants in 92 countries by an international jury that assesses the performance of bottling operations in the fields of environmental and quality performance, as well as overall contributions made to local communities.
"We aspire to integrate sustainability into every aspect of the way we do business, said Nathan Kalumbu, President, Coca-Cola's Eurasia and Africa Group. "This event allows us to recognize our bottling partners as they honor the promises we made to the world to respect the natural resources in every country where we have a presence."

Coca-Cola Azerbaijan General Manager Lisani Atasayan stated that ACCB offers 9 different brands (Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Zero, Coca-Cola light, Fanta, Sprite, Fuse Tea, Burn, Cappy, BonAqua) in superior quality to a consumer base of 9 million people. He further emphasized:" Offering best quality products is our top business objective and our production quality adheres to the highest world standards. I represented my Company at the awards ceremony and felt extremely proud that Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers have been recognized as one of the top quality leading countries in the Coca-Cola System." He also added ACCB has been organizing environmental conservation projects such as "Safe Drinking Water Project in Schools and Households", "Annual Coastal Cleanup" with the contribution of volunteers and Coca-Cola employees to increase the awareness of local communities of environmental pollution. Azerbaijan Coca-Cola Bottlers has partnerships with AFFA in aspiration to be part of Azerbaijan Football at high schools and with Azerbaijan Olympic Committee to promote healthy and active lifestyle.
