The company launched a new service to make life easier for Facebook users. Every fan of Azercell's official Facebook page will be able to ask questions, send requests and claims using specially developed Customer Service application.
This program provides a security protection against unauthorized access to requests made by any subscriber. One can send a question to the customer care using a private message. Moreover, using new application Facebook users get access to FAQ on the common issues related to Azercell's services without opening any external links or visiting other pages.
The Customer Service application has a user-friendly interface. One can also get information on the latest campaigns and services of the company through this application. The other advantage of the program is an online payments feature.
