Azerbaijani bank ups share nominal once more

The Azerbaijani NBC Bank has increased the nominal of its own shares by 15.4 per cent. According to the Azerbaijani State Securities Committee, the bank has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered shares worth 22.535 million manat.

The emission will be conducted by converting 149,984 shares with a nominal at 130.24 manat into the same amount of shares at 150.25 manat. The bank's authorized capital will then be increased from 19.534 million manat to 22.535 million manat.

The bank increased its nominal of the shares by 18.15 per cent from 110.23 manat to 130.24 manat in December.

NBC Bank was established in December 1992.
