Azerbaijan, US eye economic coop

 Azerbaijan`s Finance Minister Samir Sharifov has met Assistant Administrator for Europe and Eurasia at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Alexander Paige.

They discussed prospects for Azerbaijan-US economic cooperation, jointly financing of projects, as well as reforms carried out in Azerbaijan.

They also discussed implementation of programs in the fields of infrastructure and agriculture in Azerbaijan. They noted as important economic partners, Azerbaijan`s government and USAID would continue their fruitful cooperation.
