NBCBank ups capital by 20 percent

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary shares of "NBCBank", the Committee said on Friday.

The share issue will be conducted by converting 149,984 shares with a nominal at 110.23 manat to the same amount of shares with a nominal at 130.24 manat.

Thus, the company's share capital will be increased from 16.53 million manat to 19.53 million manat.

NBC Bank was established in December 1992.
