Hungary opens 1st int'l trading house in Baku

The Hungarian first international trading house is being opened in Azerbaijan, as Azerbaijan and Hungary are strategic partners, State Secretary of Hungarian Prime Minister's Office and co-chairman of the Azerbaijani-Hungarian Intergovernmental Economic Commission Peter Szijjártó said at the opening ceremony today.

"The first reason of opening the House in Baku is a result of the strategic cooperation between the two countries and the second is complying to meet the supply of the Hungarian economy with Azerbaijan's demand," he said.

He said that one of the major goals of this event is to develop cooperation between Azerbaijan and medium sized businesses from Hungary. This is required to further export their products to Azerbaijan.
