Italy's company looks for partners in Azerbaijan

Italian CMC company is interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan companies.

This was stated in a report published on the official website of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Fund (AZPROMO) on Wednesday.

The Italian company is interested in cooperation with Azerbaijani companies in areas such as transportation infrastructure - construction of tunnels, bridges, railways and highways, as well as in energy projects, water projects - construction of tunnels and dams and other projects.

The CMC company is the sixth largest construction company in Italy. As of 2010, its turnover amounted to 850.000.000 euros.

According to Azerbaijani State Statistics Committee early in November 2012, the volume of construction work in Azerbaijan increased by 30.9 percent compared to the same period last year.
