Azerbaijan, Turkey make offer to BSEC countries

The Black Sea countries must join the high level economic ties between Azerbaijan and Turkey, head of the Turkish delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Ismail Safi said at a press conference following the fortieth session of the General Assembly today.

"About 300 Azerbaijani and Turkish representatives, working in the economic sphere, signed about 1,000 contracts during the PABSEC meeting in Baku," he said. "Other BSEC member-states may join this cooperation and gain profit from it."

He stressed that the development of the ties in BSEC countries can have a positive impact on regional development as a whole.
