IBA named “The Best Bank of CIS”

The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has won “The Best Bank of CIS” award of the CIS International Bank Council, while the IBA. board chairman Jahangir Hajiyev has been named “The Best Banker of CIS”.

The award giving ceremony took place as part of the 5th CIS Banking Conference in Baku. The two-day conference heard reports on “Stability of financial markets in the CIS” and “Financial markets of the Caspian region”, as well as featured discussions on a wide range of issues, including the movement of banking capital and mutual investment opportunities in member states.
