Number of compressors in compressor stations and storage facilities has been increased to 18, resulting in increasing of gas injection from 4 million cubic meters to 8.5 million cubic meters.
Abdullayev also visited Garadagh underground gas storage facility to get familiar with the process of preparing a new well number 477 on Wednesday.
The design depth of the well is 3,650 meters. Drilling of the well will be carried out from a modern rig that allows drilling to a depth of up to 5,000 meters.
Under the plan, the capacity of the facility will be increased to three billion cubic meters, and at a later stage - up to five billion cubic meters.
