Iraq offers AZAL to open representative office in country

Iraqi Embassy in Azerbaijan invites Azerbaijani airlines to open a representative office in Iraq to carry out direct flights between the two countries, Iraqi Ambassador to Azerbaijan Haydar al-Barrak told Trend on Wednesday.

"Iraqi airlines announced about a need to open a representative office of Azerbaijan Airlines in Iraq to carry out direct flights between the two countries. Company will be selected based on a tender. Azerbaijan airlines with sufficient experience in this field can take part in the tender," he said.

Companies wishing to participate in the tender are required to apply to obtain tender conditions to the Iraqi Embassy in Azerbaijan at the address: Baku, Yasamal district, Str. Gazil Sharga.
