Azerbaijan, Brazil to eye cooperation prospects

Azerbaijan and Brazil will discuss cooperation prospects within the upcoming business meeting, a statement published on the official website of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Fund (Azpromo) said.

The business meeting will be held on October 30 in Istanbul with the participation of Azerbaijani and Brazilian entrepreneurs, who will discuss prospects of cooperation development in the fields of agriculture and food industry, construction industry, including light industry, and other fields.

According to statistics of Azerbaijani State Customs Committee, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Brazil amounts to $132.64 million with the share of imports at $132.4 million.
