TuranBank ups capital

The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of Turanbank totaling 6.197 million manat, the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Tuesday.

Some 5,727 shares at 1082 manat par value were issued under the prospectus.

The authorized capital of the bank will increase to 30 million manat as a result of the placement.

Underwriter of the placement of shares is Celsi Kapital.

Turanbank was established in 1992.
