Financial Monitoring Service eyes bill on realtor activity

 The Financial Monitoring Service under the Central Bank of Azerbaijan assesses financial risks of real estate activity in Azerbaijan.

Executive director of the Association of Realtors Elnur Azadov says that the drafted Bill on Realtor Activity is currently under consideration of the Financial Monitoring Service under the CBA.

"Upon receipt of the evaluation of the level of risk of the real estate activity by the Service, the draft law will be submitted to the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan," Azadov said.
