Corporate Solutions to assist Azerbaijan in modernizing capital markets

The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee announced Corporate Solutions company as a winner of the tender for consulting services within the capital market modernization program (CMMP), funded by the World Bank (WB), the Committee said on Thursday.
The tender results were announced at a meeting with the project manager Thomas Chris and Director of Corporate Solutions company Kayvan Adami.

Besides Corporate Solutions, the Turkish Capital Markets Council, Deloitte & Touche LLC and NASDAQ OMX also submitted the proposals for participation in the tender.

Deputy chairman of the committee Ilgar Muradov said that the Capital Markets Modernization Project accelerates the development of the securities market in Azerbaijan, as well as forms a more efficient market infrastructure.
