Number of compulsory insurance types will be increased

Azerbaijan will increase number of compulsory insurance types. Insurance of professional responsibility of construction activity subjects will be included in compulsory insurance types due to coming of Urban Planning & Building Code into force.

The Cabinet of Ministers must draft proposals on amendments insurance of rofessional responsibility of construction activity subjects in the Law on “Compulsory Insurance” and submit them to the President during 6 months.
