Cargo transportation via motor transport jumps in Azerbaijan

During the first 7 months of this year, 119.4 mln tons of cargo were transported via motor transport, in Azerbaijan, up 3.8% from year earlier. The volume of non-oil cargo rose 8.4%.

State Statistical Committee says 53.5% of cargos was transported via motor transport, 29% - pipeline, 11.1% - railway, 6.4% - sea transport.

Non-state sector has increased cargo transportation by 3.5%.
