Azerbaijan to join UPU Congress

Azerbaijan will be represented by a broad delegation at the Congress of the Universal Postal Union.

Novruz Mammadov, the head of the Postal Office of the Ministry of Communications & IT, informs that the event will be held in Qatar from 24 September to 15 October.

"UPU Congress is conducted once every four years and plays an important role in determining the development strategy of postal services in the following years, the priorities of postal administrations. This year we intend to take part in the Congress with a broad delegation headed by Communications & IT Minister Ali Abbasov," he said.
