Ukraine offers space services to Azerbaijan

Ukraine offers space services to Azerbaijan, Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Viktor Maiko told media in Baku today.

"Ukraine is ready to share with finished products with Azerbaijan and produce missile carriers, satellites, etc. upon Azerbaijan's order," he said. "We are willing to share technologies and to train specialists, to holds trainings at the production sites in Azerbaijan and to offer the full range of services in the space sector."

He said that a fruitful meeting was held in "Azercosmos". These issues were discussed there.

"Ukraine has rich experience in this area," he said. "Today, Ukraine has an ambitious goal to create a platform for launching its own rockets with its satellites. Naturally, we are not just talking about our programs."
