Azerbaijani mobile operator Bakcell Ltd will apply the new rules of intra-dialing, told Trend in the company on Saturday. As the company said, according to the decree of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of Azerbaijan, from 21 January, a 10-digit dialing will apply when making on-net calls.

Thus, for calls to numbers Bakcell will need to dial prefix "055" at the beginning of phone number (for example, "055" XXX-XX-XX).

As the company said, the application of a new method of dialing is carried out in order to meet international standards, which today is practiced in many countries. "A new method of rdialing will be applied to networks of other mobile operators (Azercell" 050 "and" 051 ", Azerfon" 070 "and" 077 ")," - the company said.
