Socar Trading expands activities

Socar Trading SA, the Swiss-based trading house of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), has announced plans for 2012. In accordance with them, this year Socar Trading begins an active trade in oil of third parties in Argentina.

In addition, it will start trading with oil products in the region of Nigeria and expand oil trade of third parties in this region. Socar Trading also plans to begin trading of third parties’ oil in the Horn of Africa. As a result, the Company will complete the coverage of the major markets by its operations.
