Azerbaijan applies new method of investing in house building

The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan has approved rules for the issue, circulation and payment of housing certificates, the Committee's statement published on Thursday says. The rules are already recorded in the state register.

The new rules will ensure the creation by means of securities in an effective financing system for the construction sector, as well as lower the risks for buyers and offer protection for investors' rights due to achieving maximum effectiveness, the statement says.

Apart from this, proposed methods will contribute to the attractiveness of the securities' market funds to the construction sector giving investors more comprehensive information about the issuer of housing certificates and disclosing information about property construction.
