The European Games has a great importance for Azerbaijan, according to Arnold Ntambi, a journalist from Uganda, who is visiting Baku.
“We can see great infrastructure was built, and we can see the enthusiasm of the people, and not only from Azerbaijan, but also from other European countries that have come here - the supporters, journalists,” Ntambi told Trend June 16.
Ntambi said he believes it is a great thing that Azerbaijan has done to host the Games.
“I was expecting to have so much fun here and see the Games, the excitement, and people, the enthusiasm, and definitely I achieved that,” he added. “I saw it at the stadium.”
The Ugandan journalist further said this is his third time in Baku and he definitely likes the city.
