Workshop producing illegal school forms revealed in Azerbaijan’s capital

On the basis of complaint received by the committee connected with the production of illegal school form, officials of the State Territorial Control Office # 1 of the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted state control measures in the sewing workshop located on Mustafa Vekilov street, flat 2B, Bakikhanov settlement, Sabunchu district, Baku.

Inspection revealed that the plant owned by individual Irada Abbasova produces illegal school forms. Thus, though Abbasova said that there were not any ready products at the sewing workshop, different parts of 72 school forms were found on the first floor.

In relation to revealed law violation, on the basis of requirements of the Code of Administrative Offences, a protocol has been compiled, AZN 2,000 fine had been applied. The decision has been sent to the Executive department of Sabunchu district.
