Azerbaijani rower wins silver medal in Russia

Azerbaijani U-23 canoeist Igor Khmara has garnered silver medal in the 2000 meter finals in the 49th Grand Moscow Regatta. Russian Oleg Yankovsky claimed the title of the tournament.
