Azerbaijani President meets Iran's special envoy for Caspian Sea affairs

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met Thursday Iran's special representative for the Caspian Sea Affairs Mehdi Safari.The talks focused on a number of issues including bilateral relationship and energy cooperation.
