Mel Gibson: 'New baby is an angel'

The Lethal Weapon star and girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva welcomed their first child together in October.

Speaking to Access Hollywood, he said: "[She's] beautiful, like an angel. She luckily looks more like her mother than me and is an angel and the mother, turns out she's a wonderful mother."

When asked if he had plans to marry Grigorieva, he reportedly replied: "She'd make anyone a wonderful wife, but for the moment, she's a mother."

Gibson has seven children from his marriage to estranged wife Robyn, while Grigorieva has a son with actor Timothy Dalton.
