President of Azerbaijan appoints Artur Rasizade the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to appoint Artur Rasizade the Prime Minister, reports Day.Az with reference to AzerTac.

In line with the document, Artur Rasizade was appointed the Prime Minister of Azerbaijan.
