Azerbaijani captive Samir Mamedov handed over to a third country

Azerbaijani soldier Samir Mamedov, who was captured by Armenians a year ago, was handed over to the third country.

The due information was provided by S.Mamedov's mother Tarana Mamedova, Day.Az reports.

She said they were informed about it in the Azerbaijani representation of the International Committee of the Red Cross.

She does not know which country he was handed over to.
