Lawyer Osman Kazimov told the APA that yesterday it was the judges who postponed the process, but today he was the initiator.
"I had to have some discussion with Ruslan being his lawyer. That is why I filed an application to the court asking to postpone the trial," the lawyer said.
He said that the process presided over by judge Dilgem Huseynov will be held on April 2.
Ruslan Bashirli has appealed to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Court of Grave Crimes and asked to acquit him.
