Apelas Court considered Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov's claim against Azadliq newspaper.

Azadliq newspaper editor-in-chief Ganbimat Zahidov told the APA court reduced fine for insulting the mayor of AZN10,000 to AZN500.
