Hit-and-run driver held

Police hunting a driver who hit a man in Mashdaga settlement in Baku have arrested Baku resident Ali Aliyev.

Aliyev is charged with hitting a pedestrian with his car and then leaving the scene of the accident, the police sources said.

The pedestrian, who died at the scene, was identified as resident of Pirshaga settlement Qahraman Qahramanov. AzerTAg
