Date of PACE winter session set

The date of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe winter session has been scheduled for 22-26 January 2007.

The investigations of air-lift of prisoners accused in terrorism by US FBI helicopters using CE countries, the necessity of society's reproach concerning the crimes of totalitarian communist regimes will be put on the agenda.

Russia-Georgia tension will also be discussed at the session. The media situation in Azerbaijan is expected to be discussed at PACE winter session, APA reports.
