"It wasn't so bad to lose to Brazil. We were actually able to concentrate and play well and we are satisfied with the performance.

"The players are not in top form and therefore things aren't working that well in terms of results.

"We are looking forward to our next match against the United States."

"Today's game for us is actually not so bad. The first set we took the lead and in the second and third sets it wasn't really that bad.

"Our blocking and defence was good but Brazil probably wasn't in their best condition. It wasn't their best game.

"At the end, we made a bad mistake and I think that was the reason we lost the game."

"Today's game was very important because it's the first game of the second round and we should really win.

"We know that Azerbaijan is a strong team and we expected it to be hard and tough.

"As our captain said, in the first and second sets, it was pretty good but third set we lost a little bit of concentration and the harmony of the team wasn't working well.

"Still, the result was good. We had some problems with our counter-attacking and we need to fix that before our next game."
