Prosecutor to demand sentencing Mirza Sakit Sep 26

On Tuesday, Azerbaijan's Grave Crimes Court continued Sakit Zahidov's (Mirza Sakit) trial.

Republic Narcological Dispensary doctor Faig Iskenderov gave a testimony. He said he gave reference to Mirza Sakit due to examination, without a laboratory test. Another expert Ruziyya Majanova said Mirza Sakit was examined for alcoholism. Her contradictory testimony caused the defendant’s and his lawyer dissatisfaction.

Then the court decided to end the investigation. The trial will continue with public prosecutor's and lawyer's address on September 26, APA reports.
