Ministry of Ecology plats map of forests burned by Armenians

The Ministry has informed APA that the territories in fire will be shown on the map. In the map to be in series forms pictures taken by satellite will also be shown. The initial variant of the map is already ready; it is expected to be ready within the next week. The map will be presented to Foreign Ministry and International organizations, after it is being prepared. The map will also be placed in the web-site of the Ministry.

It was informed from the Ministry that documents of package related to fire in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan by Armenia, have been submitted to OSCE and NATO Parliamentary Assembly. A report on the fire in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan was listened in OSCE committee for protection of environment.

According to the initial calculations of the Ministry, the amount of the damage from this fire to Azerbaijan from ecological view point is 4,5 mln dollars.
