CEC: "No money will be allocated to candidates in repeat municipality elections from state budget"

"No money will be allocated to candidates in repeat municipality elections from state budget on October 6," stated Central Election Committee member Ramiz Ibrahimov.

He told APA, there is not concrete article in the legislation on allocation to candidates participating in municipality elections.

"In 2004 no allocation was allocated for the candidates from the state campaign, and that is why it is not right to apply it in repeat elections."

CEC secretary Natig Mammadov has told journalists that not any decision was adopted related to it in CEC. He considered allocating of money in repeat elections possible.
