These include the International Islamic University of Niger, International Islamic Univerity Uganda, International Islamic University Islamabad and the IIUM.
According to a IIUM statement today, during the meeting, Syed Arabi would share ideas with member universities to think seriously about finding solutions to problems facing higher education in the Islamic World.
Accompanying him is Deputy Rector (Internationalization and Innovation) Prof Dr Sano Koutoub Moustapha.
IIUM has Muslim students from 100 nations and teaching staff from 50. Though wholly funded by the Malaysian government, the university is also sponsored by the 58 member countries of the OIC.
