Preparatory meeting of court, related to Haji Mammadov's detachment, delayed

Interior Ministry Main Criminal-Search Office ex-senior operation commissioner Haji Mammadov's detachment's preparatory court process has been delayed to June 4.

According to APA, the reason of delay was not announced from the Court. A source in law-enforcement bodies has told APA that the reason of delay is holding of Islamic Conference Organization foreign ministers Council’s 33 meeting in Baku.

Preparatory meeting was to be held on June 21. Primary investigation materials on the case are in the execution of Judge Ali Seyfaliyev. 27 persons have been involved as convicted, on the case.
