Fire at occupied territories reduce 20 hectares to ash

Armenians began torching one more Azerbaijan's occupied region Khojavend.

As APA reports, the fire in the Garachukh Mountain in Khojavend has passed the contact front line and spread to Nargiztapa, where Azerbaijani internally displaced persons from Shusha, Aghdere and Kohali have settled.

Firefighters together with local residents could bring the fire in 20 hectares of area under control.

Head of the Emergencies Commission of Khojavend Rafael Mustafayev informs that 20 hectares of area has been reduced to ashes.

"Three farms have been completely burnt and some were seriously damaged," Mustafayev said noting that the cost of the damage has been calculated. He also said there is still danger of spreading of the fire.

Armenians have started torching Azerbaijan’s territories under occupation for eleven days.
