Musavat MP group preparing draft law "On status of ex-presidents"

Musavat deputy group acting in Parliament has prepared draft law "On status of ex-presidents".

Group member MPs have informed journalists that they have presented the document to Milly Majlis. The draft Law of 5 articles states that this law is applied to all the selected presidents by the law and ending their term of authority, or resigning before the time ends. This law is not applied to those committing crimes by the article 107 and sacked.

The second part of the law considers granting ex-presidents status of inviolability. Under that law president can not be interrogated without his satisfaction about the facts he is aware of.

Ex-president should get pension in the amount of 80 percent acting President, considering the increases, should be provided with house, summer-cottage, service car. In case of death of his children till 22 age wife, father and mother should get his pension. Musavat deputy group proposed applying this law to all the presidents run the government, APA informs.
