According to RFE/RL, speaking in Brussels today, EU External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner said another round of talks must still be scheduled for the three South Caucasus countries.
"There will still be one round of negotiations," she said. "We will have to see when the Caucasian countries are ready for that and then it will be set up, and then we will hopefully come to an agreement."
The five-year Action Plans spelling out details of future EU support were initially scheduled to commence late last year.
