NIPA headed by Ali Aliyev to send a letter to the diplomatic corps in Azerbaijan

As APA informs, Aflatun Guliyev was appointed deputy chief of party for political issues, Farzali Gasimov deputy for international issues and Billur Humbatov was appointed organizational secretary of the party, in accordance with the order. Farhad Maharramov was appointed deputy party chief for media and propaganda issues.

Ali Aliyev told APA that, he will send a letter to the diplomatic corps and international organizations in our country with regard to the recent processes inside the party and new appointments. He stated that he aims to start a new stage of cooperation between NIPA and the diplomatic corps and international organizations.
