Elmar Mammadyarov: "Paris meeting will determine next steps"

As ANS reports, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan has said his nation would strongly defend its position giving a last chance to Armenian to act within the framework of the international Law.

"We do think about hits. Negotiations conducted in a very tough way. We can not make concession in principal issues", he told. Elmar Mammadyarov said that during Paris meeting parties would have discussions on 8 to 10 elements.

At the same time Mr. Mammadyarov is pessimistic about development as Armenia not going to give up non-constructive position. He said that visit of OSCE co-chairman is also important. Foreign Minister spoke about concessions official Baku may go in order achieving peace.

"It had to be done within the framework of Constitution, other laws and international law acts. Important here is return of lands and occupied territories. The issue of deployment of peace keeping mission in the conflict zone is a compromise we agree because we understand that it's needed to maintain stability but other than this nothing can put the sovereignty of Azerbaijan under doubt", Mr. Mammadyarov said.

Azeri Minister doesn't suggest speculating about the composition of the peacekeeping mission saying that it's not a time. Elmar Mammadyarov said list of companies operating in separatist Nagorno Karabakh zone is being prepared. Mr. Mammadyarov said after their names would be known countries represented would be warned of respecting territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
