Yuri Merzlyakov: “It is early to speak about the placing of peacekeeping forces in Karabakh”

Y.Merzlyakov said that, the co-chairs consider the talks of the Foreign Ministers to be preparation to the meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents. Russian co-chair stressed that it is early to speak about the stationing of peacekeeping forces in Karabakh and said the sides have not discussed this issue thoroughly yet: “The sides have not reached consensus on the main principles of the regulation yet. Therefore, it is early to speak about the activity of the peacekeeping forces”.
