President Ilham Aliyev signed decree on confirmation of composition of Tariff Council

APA was informed about it from the press-service of the President. The minister of economic development was appointed the chair of the council. The deputies of the ministers of finance, taxes, justice, industry and energy, transport, communication and information technologies, agriculture, health, education, and labour and social protection of population, and deputies of the chairs of the State Customs Committee, State Building and Architecture Committee are the members of the structure. According to another decree of the president the regulations “On the Tariff (price) Council” was confirmed. The duties, rights, and organization of activity of the Tariff Council were shown in the regulations. The Council is a collegial executive power organ carrying out state balancing of prices (tariffs), service fees, and collections.
