Voter's finger will be stained in ink during November 6 elections

Our source informs that this decision was initiated by the head of the state.

“I think, that we have to examine the possible application of special ink to mark fingers of voters although it would be a temporary exception”, stated the President at the meeting.

The inking procedure was advocated by international organizations and later even by candidates to the parliament who signed a special petition. They insisted that this measure will help to avoid cases of one person voting several times.
