If you cannot face getting out of bed for work in the morning, this could be just the job for you.
Nasa is looking for people to spend 10 weeks lying in bed, paying each £6,849.
Applicants will have to stay tucked up 24 hours a day, but can watch TV and surf the web.
There is even a modified shower so testers do not have to get up to wash.
Experts at the Flight Analog Research Unit in Texas are investigating what physical changes can occur on space missions.
The volunteers will have their bones, muscles, heart and circulatory and nervous systems examined.
But Nasa does not want layabouts – volunteers have to be fit and non-smokers.
A spokesman said: “We don’t want couch potatoes.”
