Warm spring weather to be observed

The National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources forecasts changeable cloudy and chiefly rainless weather for Baku and Absheron peninsula. South-eastern wind will blow.
The temperature will be +13-17C at night, +23-28 in the afternoon.
 
The main course of weather is predicted to be dry for the regions of Azerbaijan. Eastern wind to waft.
The temperature will be  +12-17C at night, +24-29C and up to +32C in some places in the afternoon, while +5-10 C in mountains at night and +16-21C in the afternoon.
